Terms of Service

I will draw:

  • Characters and OCs

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Blood, unnerving themes

I won't draw:

  • Other artist's style

  • Racist, homophobic, fascist, ableist themes

  • Explicit NSFW*

☆ General ☆

  • Prices are subject to change due to complexity, demand, or project timeline

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission at my discretion

  • I reserve the rights to the artwork — I can upload the process and finished piece to promote my business on social media, unless an NDA fee is applied

  • If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork

  • Commission requests are considered an agreement to these Terms and Conditions

☆ Use ☆

  • By default all commission work is personal use only, unless stated otherwise.

  • When shared online, like profile pictures or a post on social media, explicit credit to the artist must be granted (@annathecryptid)All commercial use commissions require an additional fee

  • Commercial use includes the following:

  • Merchandise (stickers/clothes/prints/etc.)

  • Twitch/streaming services (profile photos count as personal use)

  • Schedule posts, content posts under your business

  • Use on professional or monetized websites

  • Overlays

  • Thumbnails, videos

  • Commercial fee does not give you the right to alter/edit the commission/claim the artwork as your own creation, but must be used "as is" when used for overlays/content

  • This fee allows you to use the artwork for the means above, and used for content under your business/other than personal use

☆ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ☆

  • I reserve all the rights to the artwork, unless an explicit surrender of ownership is agreed between the artist and client, with the appropriate fee

  • I may upload the process and/or finished piece to promote my business on social media, unless there's a previously agreed upon NDA or delay in sharing (ex. debut pieces, presents, or any other type of timed events)

  • Absolutely NO use of my art as, with, or in association to, NFT's, Crypto, or any AI purposes. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklisting

☆ Payment & Plans ☆

  • Prices are in USD

  • All payments will be upfront

  • Payment plans may be available depending on the commission's scope

  • I offer fees for rush/due date projects — please inquire

☆ Refunds ☆

  • Can only be requested if I haven't started the commission yet, and only after communicating with me

  • If I'm unable to start the commission for whatever reason, I will reach out and provide a refund

  • After the first sketch update refunds are prohibited.

☆ Workflow & Revisions ☆

  • Once the commission is started, the workflow will be as follows:

  1. Initial sketch — We define the composition and details of the design

  2. Lines and flats — After the sketch is approved we proceed to the clean-up

  3. Render — Once the colors are approved, we move to the last stage

  • Depending on the commission scope, you may receive additional updates during the process.

  • Mayor revisions — Unlimited (within reason) during the sketch phase ONLY.

  • Minor revisions — For the flats and render only minor adjustments allowed (ex. color, textures)

  • For major changes after the sketch stage is approved, there'll be an additional fee — unless there was something missed from the original request

☆ Deadlines & Delivery ☆

  • Regular delivery times can vary from 2 weeks to 2+ months depending on queue and complexity

  • If you have a specific deadline communicate this to me; depending on the queue a rush fee may be aplicable

☆ Commercial Use ☆

  • All commercial use commissions require a fee, please inquire beforehand

  • If you are unsure of these conditions or where you fall under, please inquire

  • Commercial use includes the following:
